Chesney Grimes
Born and raised in northeast Oklahoma, Chesney Grimes’ roots run deep in an industry that unites the western way of life, family values and our great Oklahoma heritage. As Miss Rodeo Oklahoma 2024, Chesney hopes to teach younger generations that they can grasp the values of respect, courage, optimism and self-reliance that are embraced and deeply rooted in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
Chesney has earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Oklahoma State University and plans to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Chesney hopes to bring awareness toward cancer research medication improvements and to encourage all whom she meets to never give up with her platform “Live Like There’s No Tomorrow.”
Chesney is passionate about agriculture, the sport of rodeo and the entire western lifestyle. The experiences and lessons she has gained have taught her the rewarding results of hard work, dedication and perseverance.
