Emma Couch
Emma Couch is the daughter of B.J. and Lance Ivie of Nowata and Chris Couch of Pryor, the oldest grandchild of Bill and Kathy Parrett and the only sister of three brothers Cody, Quincy, and Cutter. Emma lives on the same 40 acres as her favorite aunt, uncle and three cousins. Family is important to her.
Emma is a sophomore at Nowata High School and enjoys riding her horses, playing softball, and showing pigs, cattle, and lambs for FFA. She also enjoys running barrels and is learning how to rope and sort cattle.
When she graduates high school, she plans to attend Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and compete on the rodeo team. After getting her basics, her plan is to continue her education to become an equine chiropractor. Her motto for this year and the years to come is “Grow Your Rodeo Family,” and she hopes to add many new people to that family this year.
